About Rocky Mountain Ringers

We help music enthusiasts by promoting the art form of English Handbell Ringing.

We have been ringing since 1996. Our members come from all walks of life.  We share a single passion: ringing English handbells.

What sets us apart?

The Rocky Mountain Ringers is an advanced, auditioned community handbell ensemble based in Denver Colorado.

Founded in 1996, our passion is to elevate the art of handbell ringing by performing challenging repertoire that includes innovative techniques as well as a fantastic visual and listening experience for our audience!Under the leadership of artistic director Jeffrey Harms, RMR has grown into one of the country’s most innovative handbell organizations.

Besides our normal concert season, we regularly perform as guests or in collaboration with other ensembles.  Just to name a few, the Colorado Symphony, Alpine Chorale, Cherry Creek Chorale, Arvada Chorale, Saphonia, Lakewood Symphony Orchestra, the Aurora Symphony Orchestra, the Colorado Mormon Chorale & Orchestra.

We perform on 4 different sets of bells.  2 sets of Whitechapel Handbells (6 octaves each), 1 set of Malmark Handchimes (7 octaves) and 1 set of Petit & Fritzen Handbells (3 octaves).

Be prepared to be wowed by both the sound and the visuals. Be prepared to laugh, cry, and shout with joy. We hope to see you at our next concert!
