SMS Messaging Program
Rocky Mountain Ringers uses the Rehearsal Assistant platform to communicate with members regarding organization activities and events. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive informational text messages related to:
- Rehearsal reminders
- Concert notifications
- Schedule changes
- Attendance requests
- Venue changes
- Repertoire updates
- Volunteer scheduling
- Other organization-related communications
User Consent
Members are invited to participate in the organization’s Rehearsal Assistant account. SMS messages are sent only after a member has provided a mobile phone number and expressly consented to receive SMS communications during account registration or activation.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of participation in any organization activity, program, event, or service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on organizational activity, rehearsal schedules, event schedules, and user preferences.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Users are responsible for any charges imposed by their wireless carrier.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:
STOP
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you subsequently opt back in.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
